I provide practical, grounded support tailored to your needs. Through trauma-informed counselling, I’ll help you:
- Understand and manage triggers, emotional responses and patterns that keep you feeling stuck
- Rebuild a sense of control, safety and self-trust
- Develop coping strategies suited to your life, energy and responsibilities
- Navigate Victims Services NSW applications if eligible, with clear guidance and support
Whether your trauma stems from a recent event or experiences earlier in life, these sessions are designed to help you regain calm, clarity and stability.
Eligible for Victims Services Counselling?
The Victims Services NSW Support Scheme provides up to 22 funded counselling sessions for primary and secondary victims of crime in NSW. You can review eligibility and find official application forms here:
Once your application is approved, you can contact me directly to schedule sessions. I’ll guide you through the process and support you every step of the way.
